Acceptance of Terms

By checking the consent box on the relevant form, I hereby grant my explicit, informed and unambiguous consent to AA Kenya PLC for the collection, processing and secure storage of my personal data and sensitive personal data in strict compliance with the Data Protection Act, 2019.

I authorize AA Kenya PLC to collect and process my identification, biometric and contact information as may be required for my specific transactions, including but not limited to:

  • National Identification (ID) Number
  • Passport Number
  • Date of Birth & Gender
  • Physical and Postal Address
  • Phone Number
  • Related vehicle or transaction-specific details

Purpose of Processing

I agree that this data will be utilized across relevant business departments strictly to facilitate:

  • Identity verification and payment processing
  • Administration of subscriptions and/or memberships
  • Management of driving school enrollments
  • Issuance of international documentation (IDP/FIA)
  • Provision of roadside services and seamless service delivery

AA Kenya PLC guarantees that all collected data is treated with absolute confidentiality. The Company regularly implements robust technical and organizational safety measures — including industry-standard SSL encryption protocols, secure firewalls and restricted administrative access controls — to permanently safeguard your information and prevent unauthorized access, loss, alteration or data leakage.

Data Subject Rights

I recognize that my data will not be shared with unauthorized third parties without my explicit consent. I retain the baseline right to access my data, request rectifications, object to specific processing streams or withdraw this consent at any time without penalty by contacting:

Acceptance of Terms

By clicking "I Agree" or by completing a transaction on the AA Kenya PLC web portal, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with the online payment.

Electronic Communications

You agree that all agreements, notices, and other communications provided to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Confirmation of your transaction will be sent to the email address provided during the checkout process.

Payment Security & Data Privacy

Encryption: Our online gateway uses industry-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption to protect your card data during transmission.
Data Protection: All personal information collected is processed in compliance with the Data Protection Act (2019). We do not store your sensitive Card Security Code (CVV/CVC) on our servers.

International Transactions (IDP & FIA)

Exchange Rates: For customers using international cards, the final amount debited may vary slightly from the checkout total due to currency conversion rates applied by your issuing bank.

Geographic Scope: These services are specifically tailored for Kenyan residents or those authorized under FIA regulations to obtain documents through AA Kenya PLC.

Digital Refund Policy

  • Request Process: Refund requests must be submitted in writing to aak@aakenya.co.ke within 48 hours of the transaction.
  • Processing Fee: AA Kenya PLC reserves the right to deduct a 3% administrative / bank processing fee from any approved refund to cover gateway costs.
  • Non-Eligibility: Refunds will not be issued once a digital IDP application has been "Approved" or "Dispatched" in our system.

Limitation of Liability

AA Kenya PLC shall not be liable for any damages resulting from:

  • Technical failures of the internet or your service provider.
  • Unauthorized access to your personal device used to complete the transaction.
  • Delays in document delivery caused by incorrect address entry at checkout.
